Our process is intentionally paced and highly personalized, giving you the clarity, guidance, and space to make confident decisions from start to finish.

01 Discovery & Vision

We begin by getting to know you — your goals, style preferences, and the kind of life you want to build into your home. Whether you're starting from scratch or reimagining an existing space, we’ll discuss scope, walk your lot, and begin outlining the path forward.

03 Contracts, Budgeting & Communication Tools

Once the scope and drawings are finalized, we prepare a detailed cost breakdown and contract. You’ll also gain access to BuilderTrend, our project management platform, which gives you real-time visibility into your schedule, selections, documents, and updates in one easy place.

05 Walkthrough & Long-Term Care

As we near completion, we walk through the home with you to ensure every detail reflects our shared expectations. Our relationship doesn’t end at move-in — we remain available long after the final punch list to support you, your home, and any future needs that arise.

02 Pre-Construction
Guidance

As architectural plans take shape, we collaborate with you and your designer or architect to ensure your plans align with your vision and budget. We provide practical input on flow, construction feasibility, and finishes to help avoid costly revisions later — always advocating for your long-term goals.

04 Construction & Decision Support

As construction begins, we stay fully engaged — managing day-to-day progress, overseeing subcontractors, and guiding you through design selections at a thoughtful pace. We attend key meetings, answer questions, and help you make confident choices without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.
